Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Betty Crocker Julienne potatoes
  • 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn green peas
  • rinsed and liquid removed
  • 1 med. stalk celery
  • sliced (1/2 c.)
  • 1 sm. onion
  • minced (1/4 c.)
  • 1/2 c. 1/2 inch cubes cheddar cheese
  • Dash salt
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare potatoes as directed on package for stove top method.
  2. Pour into large bowl; cover and chill till well chilled.
  3. Stir remaining ingredients except mayonnaise into potatoes; toss with mayonnaise.
  4. Cover and chill at least 2 hrs.
  5. Serve on lettuce leaves if you like.
