Green Company Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 garlic clove
• 12 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 dash ground pepper
• 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 6 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1. Place salt in bowl and rub hard with the fresh garlic until the garlic disappears.
2. Add mustard, pepper, and oil; mix well.
3. Add vinegar and lemon.
4. Pour over lettuce or place in fridge.
