Green Brussels Sprout Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 Brussels sprouts
  • 1 Avocado (ripe)
  • 2 slice Bacon (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 pinch Krazy salt
  • 1 Garlic powder
  • 1 Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut each Brussels sprout into 4 wedges.
  2. Place the Brussels sprouts, a small amount of salt, and 2 tablespoons of water in a non-stick frying pan and cover with a lid.
  3. Steam-cook over a high heat for 1-1 and 1/2 minutes.
  4. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the pan from Step 1 and set aside.
  5. Saute the bacon.
  6. Put the avocado in a bowl and mash to make a dip.
  7. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
  8. Combine the ingredients from Steps 1, 2, and 3, and season with the ingredients.
  9. Serve warm or chill in the fridge.
