Green Beans with Black Olives
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 pound green beans
- trimmed
Instructions
- Combine the olives and olive oil in a blender or mini food processor and pulse to a coarse consistency.
- Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the green beans until tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Drain the beans and toss with the olive mixture.
