Ingredients

  • 2 gal. fresh green beans
  • trimmed
  • cut
  • blanched
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • melted
  • 1 qt. canned condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups fat-free milk
  • PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
  • 1 qt. STOVE TOP Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix
  • Flex Prep

Instructions

  1. Toss green beans with butter.
  2. Spoon 2 cups into each casserole dish.
  3. Combine soup, milk and Neufchatel in saucepan.
  4. Cook on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring until well blended.
  5. Pour about 4 oz.
  6. over beans in each dish; stir to coat beans.
  7. Top with 1/3 cup stuffing mix.
  8. Bake in 450 degrees F convection oven 5 min.
  9. or until crumbs are golden brown.
