Greek Yogurt, Grain and Blackberry Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 34 cup cooked quinoa (or barley or brown rice)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 18 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup blackberry
  • lightly crushed

Instructions

  1. In small bowl, combine grains, 1 tablespoon of the honey and salt.
  2. Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into each parfait glass.
  3. Top with 3/4 tablespoons quinoa and 1/4 cup blackberries.
  4. Repeat layers.
  5. Drizzle with remaining honey.
