Greek Yogurt, Grain and Blackberry Parfaits
Ingredients
- 34 cup cooked quinoa (or barley or brown rice)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 18 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup blackberry
- lightly crushed
Instructions
- In small bowl, combine grains, 1 tablespoon of the honey and salt.
- Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into each parfait glass.
- Top with 3/4 tablespoons quinoa and 1/4 cup blackberries.
- Repeat layers.
- Drizzle with remaining honey.
