Greek salad with sardines
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 small tomatoes chunked
- 1 large cucumber chunked
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/3 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp black olives
- 2 can sardines drained and left whole
Instructions
- whisk lemon juice, oil, garlic, oregano, and pepper in bowl.
- add other ingredients and toss together.
