Grapes of Redemption

Ingredients

• 30 Concord grapes
• 1 ounce Vanilla Simple Syrup
• 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
• Crushed ice
• 4 ounces chilled club soda

Instructions

1. In a mixing glass, muddle the Concord grapes with the Vanilla Simple Syrup and lime juice.
2. Fill a chilled rocks glass with crushed ice, add the club soda, then top with more crushed ice.
3. Pour the grape mixture on top.
