Grandpa's Anise Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 Large eggs
• 2 c. sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 3/4 teaspoon anise flavoring

Instructions

1. Beat Large eggs 10 min.
2. Add in sugar gradually and beat 5 min.
3. Add in remaining ingredients.
4. Beat 5 min.
5. Drop from spoon to well greased tin 1 inch apart.
6. Let stand overnight.
7. Don't disturb cookies.
8. Bake next morning in 300 degree oven for 120-12 min on raised lower rack.
9. Makes 120.
