Ingredients
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/4 tbsp. butter
Instructions
- Sift flour and salt together.
- Add in a well beaten egg and lowfat milk to the corn.
- Stir in flour and salt mix; beat well.
- Add in the butter and stir thoroughly.
- Fry in a warm skillet with grease in it (butter).
- Drop by spoonfuls (it will look like pancake style).
- Fry till light brown, on each side.
- After removed from skillet place on absorbent paper towels.
- Serve immediately or possibly keep hot.
