Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
- 3 heaping tbsp. cornstarch or possibly flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 stick butter
- Lowfat milk
- Vanilla
Instructions
- Mix cornstarch and sugar together.
- Add in slightly beaten Large eggs and canned lowfat milk.
- In an average size pan, finish filling pan with regular lowfat milk.
- Cook over medium heat with 1/2 stick butter, stirring constantly till thick.
- Then add in vanilla after taken off stove.
- (For chocolate pudding add in 1/2 c. cocoa with flour and sugar.)
