Ingredients
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. softened butter
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Heat 1 c. chocolate chips.
- Cold slightly.
- Measure flour, baking pwdr and salt.
- Add in sugars, Large eggs, butter, lowfat milk, vanilla and melted chips.
- Stir just sufficient to blend.
- Mix about 1 minute.
- Stir in remaining chocolate chips.
- Drop on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 12 min.
