Ingredients
- 2 packs beef rouladen
- 1 large onion
- minced
- 12 strips uncooked bacon
- diced
- 2 Tbsp. maille Dijon mustard
- 4-5 dashes Maggi sauce
- salt and pepper
- beef Bisto (or possibly bouillon)
- water
- toothpicks
- *med size cast-iron frying pan
Instructions
- Mix onion, bacon, mustard, Maggi, salt and pepper.
- Spread mix over roulades.
- Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
- Brown roulades in cast iron frying pan.
- Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 45 mins at 350
