Grammy's Hot Milk Cake

Ingredients

• 12 cup milk
• heated
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1. Heat milk (about as long as it takes for a tablespoon of butter to melt).
2. Beat eggs until frothy, add one cup of sugar and beat wel.
3. Add flour and baking powde (sifted).
4. Stir.
5. Add scalded milk.
6. Beat well.
7. Add vanilla.
8. Pour into a greased and floured pan and cook at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
