Ingredients
- 2 cups potatoes
- peeled
- washed and cubed 1/4-inch
- 34 cup onion
- sliced thin
- 1 12 cups hot water
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 2 12 cups milk (whole is best)
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can crabmeat or 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna
- 2 (17 ounce) cans cream-style corn
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- minced
Instructions
- In a lg.
- kettle combine potatoes, onion, water, and salt.
- Bring to a boil, and cook covered for about 10 minutes.
- Add milk, fish, and cream style corn.
- Cook over low heat, until piping hot.
- At serving time sprinkle with parsley.
