Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- warmed
- 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola chesse
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl wisk egg, pepper and salt
- place bread cumbs in another bowl
- dip chicken in egg then in bread crumbs patting to help coat
- in a large skillet heat oil over medium heat
- add chicken cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or till chicken is no longer pink
- drizzle with warmed marmalade and top with cheese
- remove from heat and let stand covered untill cheese begins to melt
