Good Morning Smoothie - Protein Drink
Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 34 cup skim milk
- 12 cup non-fat sugar free strawberry yogurt
- 14 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- of choice (1 scoop)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except ice in blender and blend until smooth.
- Add ice and blend until frozen fruit smoothie consistency.
