Ingredients
- 2 wild ducks
- 1 c. celery
- diced
- 1 c. onion
- diced
- 2 c. sauerkraut
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cooking bag
- 1/4 c. flour
Instructions
- Parboil ducks using celery, onion and salt till semi-tender.
- Dust cooking bag with flour, stuff ducks with sauerkraut.
- Place in bag, breast side down.
- Place unused sauerkraut around ducks.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Open top of bag, brown ducks for 10 min.
- (I remove skin after ducks are parboiled.)
