Golfer's Chicken (Crockpot)
Ingredients
- 5 lb. chicken breasts without skin (or legs
- thighs)
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 3/4 to 1 lb. Russian salad dressing
- 8 oz. apricot preserves
- jam
Instructions
- Mix last 3 ingredients, pour over chicken.
- Cook in crockpot for 6-8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.
- Serve over rice if desired.
