Ingredients

  • 5 lb. chicken breasts without skin (or legs
  • thighs)
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 3/4 to 1 lb. Russian salad dressing
  • 8 oz. apricot preserves
  • jam

Instructions

  1. Mix last 3 ingredients, pour over chicken.
  2. Cook in crockpot for 6-8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.
  3. Serve over rice if desired.
