Goat Cheese & Pesto Bites
Ingredients
- 1 large red pepper
- roasted
- 24 Triscuit Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil Crackers
- 4 oz. (115 g) surface-ripened goat cheese
- cut into 24 slices
- 1/4 cup CLASSICO Basil Pesto di Genova
Instructions
- Cut pepper into 12 strips, then cut each strip crosswise in half.
- Top crackers with cheese, pesto and peppers.
