Goat Cheese, Grape & Pecan Truffles
Ingredients
- 30 whole Red Seedless Grapes (approximately)
- Cleaned
- Stems Removed
- 1 log (about 5 To 7 Oz. Size) Goat Cheese
- 2 cups Crushed Pecans (or Whatever Nut You Prefer)
- Measurement Is Approximate
Instructions
- Cover grapes entirely with goat cheese, then roll in crushed nuts.
- Let chill for at least 45 minutes before serving.
