Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup corn oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425
  2. Combine dry ingredients
  3. Stir in milk and oil
  4. Spread on to baking pan to form a circle 1/4 of an inch thick
  5. Cook for 14 minutes or until lightly browned around the edge.
  6. Remove from oven and add toppings (sauce, cheese, etc)
  7. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
  8. Enjoy!
