Gluten Free Nut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cup any seed or nut butter
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cinnamon/sugar
Instructions
- Mix butter, sugar, eggs, and salt with mixer.
- Roll into rounded tablespoon sized balls and roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
- Put onto an ungreased cookie sheet and criss-cross with a fork.
- Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes.
