Ingredients
- 500 grams Garbanzo beans (boiled until tender
- or canned)
- 350 grams Dark chocolate (melted in a double boiler)
- 70 grams Almond flour
- 150 grams Sugar
- 4 Eggs (large)
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 200 grams Rum-soaked raisins
- 100 grams Shredded coconut
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients and blend them in a food processor (or blender or hand mixer).
- Once the ingredients are evenly blended, briskly stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a cake pan greased with oil.
- Bake for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 C.
- When the cake cools to the touch, transfer to a lidded container to moisten.
- I like to chill it before serving.
- They're also nice served with powdered sugar.
