Ingredients
- 34 cup gluten-free flour (see Gluten Free Flour Blend)
- 12 teaspoon xanthan gum or 12 teaspoon guar gum
- 12 cup chopped walnuts
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
- 12 cup butter
- 14 cup baking cocoa or 14 cup carob powder
- 3 eggs
- beaten until frothy
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons soft butter
- 5 tablespoons boiling water
- 1 13 cups icing sugar
- 13 cup cocoa
- 2 -3 drops peppermint extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Grease 8x8-inch glass baking dish.
- Blend together well, in large bowl, first 6 ingredients.
- In a small pan, melt the butter and mix in the cocoa until combined well.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the brown sugar and vanilla (but don't stir).
- Add the chocolate mixture and the egg mixture on top of the flour mixture and stir all together quickly.
- Pour into greased dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Dont overcook.
- Frost while still warm.
- Cool completely before cutting.

- Beat together all frosting ingredients and spread on cooled chocolate brownies.
