Gleaze
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- well beaten
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 medium potatos
Instructions
- Mix together.
- Knead on board until smooth.
- Cook potatos until tender.
- Cut dough into water.
- In frying pan brown bacon and onions ( optional ).
- Once dough is cooked drain and fry.
- ( reserve potato water if you want to eat as a soup).
