Ingredients
- 3 -4 lbs canned ham
- 8 ounces maraschino cherries (small jar)
- 20 ounces pineapple chunks
- drained reserving juice
- 2 cups dark brown sugar
- 1 cup spicy brown mustard
- 15 -20 whole cloves
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
- With sharp knife, cut into the top of ham in strips (horizontal and vertical).
- Insert cloves, arrange top and side of ham with pineapple chunks using toothpicks.
- Place cherries across top.
- In small bowl mix sugar, mustard and juice of pineapples and pur over top of ham.
- Leave some mixture aside to glaze ham during cooking.
- Bake at 350 degrees fro 30-40 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold.
