Ingredients
- 300 grams Gizzard
- 2 bunches Garlic scapes
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 to 1/5 tablespoons Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Sesame oil
Instructions
- Remove the white-ish grains from the gizzards and slice into 5 mm pieces.
- Buying ones with the grains removed already is easier.
- Cut the garlic rabes into 5 to 6 cm pieces, and mince the ginger.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the ginger until it becomes fragrant.
- Add the gizzards and cook until the surface has become whiten.
- Add garlic scapes and stir-fry.
- Once mixed in with the oil, add sake and cook until the liquid evaporates.
- Sprinkle pepper and oyster sauce, finish with a round of sesame oil and it's complete.
