Ingredients

  • 5 slice Pork (Thinly sliced
  • about 5 mm)
  • 1 Lotus root
  • 1 Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 Ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp White flour

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice lotus root.
  2. Mix the ingredients marked ().
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan, and fry pork and lotus root over medium heat.
  4. When colour changes, sprinkle flour and cook for about 1 minutes.
  5. Turn over the pork.
  6. When both sides are cooked, drizzle flavouring ingredients from the edge of the pan, and thicken the sauce.
