Ingredients
- 5 slice Pork (Thinly sliced
- about 5 mm)
- 1 Lotus root
- 1 Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 Ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp White flour
Instructions
- Thinly slice lotus root.
- Mix the ingredients marked ().
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, and fry pork and lotus root over medium heat.
- When colour changes, sprinkle flour and cook for about 1 minutes.
- Turn over the pork.
- When both sides are cooked, drizzle flavouring ingredients from the edge of the pan, and thicken the sauce.
