Gina's Spicy Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons relish
• hot pepper
• 1 garlic
• clove
• minced
• 12 tablespoon salt
• 14 teaspoon black pepper
• freshly ground

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and let the flavors develop in the frigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
3. NOTE: Cook time is refrigeration time.
