Georgia Pecan Balls
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon maple flavoring
- 1 cup pecans
- chopped
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs (very fine)
- 18 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F and lightly grease baking sheet.
- Beat egg whites stiff; add sugar and flavoring.
- Combine nuts, crumbs and salt; fold gently into egg whites.
- Shape into small balls, place on prepared pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
