Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 cups Onion
- Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- Minced
- 1 pinch Cumin
- 1 cup Canned Tomatoes
- Chopped
- 1/2 pounds Velveeta Pepper Jack Cheese
- 4 ounces
- weight Green Chiles
- Chopped
- 2 ounces
- weight Cream Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro
- Chopped
Instructions
- Microwave butter, onion, and garlic on high until butter melts.
- Add cumin, tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, and green chiles.
- Cover with plastic wrap (leaving a vent) and microwave on high until melted, stirring frequently.
- Add cream cheese and black pepper and cook 1 minute.
- Stir and cook 1 minute.
- Stir in cilantro.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
