Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves
- chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 eggs
- well beaten
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup ketchup
- 34 cup onion
- chopped
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 12 cup molasses
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 23 cup vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 12 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- MEATBALLS:.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well and shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
- Cook over medium-high heat in skillet.
- Meatballs are cooked when there is no pink in the center.
- MEATBALL SAUCE:.
- Combine the above ingredients n a large saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for five minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add meatballs, heat on minimum for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
