Garlic exotic mushrooms
Ingredients
- 200 grams exotic mushrooms (king oyster
- shimeji and shiitake)
- 25 grams garlic butter
- 2 tbsp chives
- 1/8 red pepper to garnish
- 1 Bread to serve
Instructions
- Prepare the mushrooms and add to a saucepan with the garlic butter.
- Cover and simmer for 4 minutes.
- Serve with bread.
- Garnish with chives and red pepper.
