Galicia Octopus and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Boiled octopus
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 filet Anchovies (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot, then add the ingredients and saute until fragrant.
  2. Cut the potatoes into 2 cm chunks, plate, wrap with plastic wrap, and heat in a microwave at 600 W for 5 minutes.
  3. Lightly boil the octopus.
  4. Add the microwave-steamed potatoes and boiled octopus to the pot and mix well with the ingredients.
  5. Cover with a lid and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Be careful not to let it burn.
  7. Open the lid and season with the ingredients.
  8. Leave the lid off for a while to let the moisture of the potatoes to evaporate while stirring over low heat.
