Ingredients
- 100 grams Sweet potato (peeled
- net weight)
- 1 Cocoa powder
- 20 grams to 30 g Chocolate
- 10 grams to 20 g Skim milk
Instructions
- Soften the sweet potatoes with your preferred method and then mash.
- I always steam in a pressure cooker.
- Melt chocolate in the microwave or water bath.
- Add the mashed sweet potatoes and skim milk.
- Mix with a rubber spatula.
- Shape into balls with your hands and dredge with cocoa powder to finish I like them best chilled in the refrigerator.
- Even though it is dredged in sugar-free cocoa, the sweetness is delicious.
- Give it a taste and if you think it's not sweet enough, add a little sugar.
- This is a white chocolate version.
- I stuffed them with leftover cream cheese.
- The cream cheese is rich, so this is also pretty good!
