Fruit 'n Cake

Ingredients

• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box white cake mix
• 14 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 12 cup water
• 1 (23 ounce) can pie filling

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix oil, eggs, cake mix and water; stir with.
3. fork or spoon until blended (about 2 minutes).
4. Spread 2/3 batter in greased jelly roll pan.
5. Spoon pie filling onto batter,.
6. Plop remaining batter on top of fruit.
7. Bake at 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
8. Cool and cut into squares.
