Ingredients
- 24 each graham crackers
- full-sized sheets
- 1-1/2 qt. PHILADELPHIA Cheesecake Batter
Instructions
- Arrange 12 crackers in hotel pan (or 6 crackers for trial recipe) in a single layer as close together as possible.
- Spread 6 cups Cheesecake Batter (or 3 cups batter for trial recipe) evenly over crackers.
- Cover with remaining crackers, making sure to line up tops and bottoms.
- Freeze several hours or overnight.
- Cut into individual sandwiches.
- Serve immediately.
