Ingredients
- 28 ounces steak-style French fries
- 12 cup unsalted butter
- cut into pats
- 14 cup flat leaf parsley
- chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- minced
- sea salt
Instructions
- Cook fries according to package directions or make your own from scratch.
- Just before they're done, combine butter, parsley and garlic in a saucepan over medium heat until butter is melted.
- Drain fries on paper bags and place in a bowl.
- Salt the fries while they're hot.
- Pour parsley butter on top and toss gently to coat.
