Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 eggs
- beaten
- 12 cup mushroom
- sliced
- 2 tablespoons onions
- chopped
- 4 cups cooked rice
- cold
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 12 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Fry eggs in oil until firm.
- Add salt and pepper and cut eggs into shreds.
- Add mushrooms and onions and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add rice, soy sauce and sugar.
- Mix in pot until heated through over medium heat.
- Serve hot.
