Fresh Strawberry Pie...to Die For

Ingredients

• 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
• baked and cooled
• 4 cups fresh strawberries
• washed
• hulled and sliced (about 1qt)
• 2 34 ounces instant vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling
• 2 34 ounces strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert (not sugar free)
• 2 12 cups cold water

Instructions

1. In saucepan mix pudding and jello mixes together with water.
2. Stir and cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a full bubbling boil.
3. Remove from heat and cool in refrigerator until slightly thickened.
4. Arrange berries in pie shell.
5. Pour cooled mixture over berries.
6. Chill until set.
7. Serve with whipped cream.
