Ingredients
- 4 slice white bread
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese or chedder cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg yolk

Instructions
- FRENCH TOAST FILLED WITH EGG YOLK AND CHEDDER OR MOZARELLA CHEESE OPTION 1
- separate egg yolk from egg white
- trim bread corner
- on bread put 1 egg yolk and 1 tsp of cheese then top with another bread
- seal corner with fork by pressing firmly 4 corners
- dip bread into a bowl of scrumble eggs and drain
- in pan with butter in low heat put bread and fry till lightly brown and cook
- then drain on paper towel

- Option 2 fillings On a bread Put egg yolk with parmesan cheese and basil
- ADDITIONAL GARNISH OPTIONAL... pan fried 1egg yolk on a lightly buttered non stick pan till egg white are set but egg yolk are still runny..
