French's Crunchy Onion Chicken -Cheryl Franzon
Ingredients
- 2 cups French-fried onions
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- beaten
- 14 cup flour
Instructions
- Crush onions in plastic bag with 1/4 cup flour.
- Dip chicken in egg.
- Coat chicken in onion mixture and press crumbs firmly into chicken.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
