Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups warm water
- 1-1/2 cups instant brown rice
- uncooked
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Ranchers Choice Dressing", "1-1/2 tsp. chili powder", "1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Double Cheddar Cheese", "1 red pepper, chopped", "4 cups small broccoli florets
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Combine water and rice; let stand 5 min.
- Spoon onto centres of 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil; top with remaining ingredients.
- Fold to make 4 packets; place in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until chicken is done (165F).
- Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening each packet.
