Ingredients
- 150 grams Cake flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 60 grams Sugar
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 40 grams Melted butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Pancake batter: Mix ingredients in order listed.
- Mix after each addition.
- Rest the batter for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Batter for drawing: Take 3 tablespoons of batter, add the honey and mix well.
- Put the batter into a container like the photo.
- I bought it at a 100 yen shop.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
- Wipe excess oil with a paper towel.
- Move the pan and set on a wet towel to cool it down and enable even cooking.
- Draw anything you want with batter from Step 2.
- Don't hesitate, draw it in one go!
- Return the pan to the heat, cook until the surface has dried.
- Remove from the heat again to cool.
- Pour the pancake batter.
- (Shake the pan back and forth to make a round shape.)
- Turn on the heat, cook for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes on low heat.
- When the large bubbles appear...
- Flip and cover (to make them fluffier) cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Place the pancake on a tray, cover with plastic wrap (this makes them soft and fluffy).
- Of course, you can eat them immediately.
