Fish with Romesco-Style Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1-1/2 lb. red snapper fillets
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONES or KNUDSEN Sour Cream", "1/2 cup drained roasted red peppers", "1/2 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted", "1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)", "1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Pour dressing over fish in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each fillet.
  2. Refrigerate 20 min.
  3. to marinate.
  4. Meanwhile, blend next 4 ingredients in blender until smooth; pour into bowl.
  5. Stir in parsley.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  7. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  8. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade.
  9. Add fish to skillet; cook 6 min.
  10. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  11. Serve topped with sauce.
