Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1- 1/2 cup Diced Potato
- 1- 1/2 cup Diced Carrots
- 2 teaspoons Mined Garlic
- 1/2 cups Diced Onions
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 13 cups Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt And Pepper
- Or More To Taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in saucepan.
- Fry diced potatoes and carrots until tender.
- Remove fried vegetables from pan and set aside.
- Using same pan, saute garlic and onion, then add ground beef.
- Pour water in and bring to a boil.
- Add soy sauce and tomato sauce.
- Cover and simmer for 1520 minutes.
- Return fried vegetables to pan.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
