Ingredients

  • 35 grams Kiriboshi daikon
  • 130 grams Mixed beans
  • 3 slice Ham
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 thumb-sized piece Grated ginger
  • 1 rounded tablespoon Grated white sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Soak the kiriboshi daikon in water for about 20 minutes to rehydrate.
  2. Slice the ham.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the ingredients.
  4. Drain the kiriboshi daikon well and add it along with the mixed beans and ham to the bowl.
  5. Add the grated sesame seeds and mix well to finish!
