Fat Free Whole Wheat Vegan Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 12 cups whole wheat flour
- 4 tablespoons Splenda granular (or sugar)
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 23 non-fat soymilk
- 3 teaspoons egg substitute
- mixed with 4 tbls. water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Combine wet ingredients.
- Mix them together gently.
- Cook over medium heat.
- Makes 5 large pancakes.
