Ingredients
- 1 oz. baking chocolate
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar replacement
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup cake flour
- sifted
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
- In top of double boiler, melt chocolate with oil.
- Remove from heat and beat in sugar replacement, eggs and vanilla extract.
- Stir in flour, baking powder and salt until well blended.
- Pour batter into well-greased 8-inch square pan.
- Bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Cut into 2-inch squares.
